Documentation
KTW is a system supplier. For this reason, we also have continuously developed the documentation area.
Today we see ourselves as your partner when it comes to the professional implementation of all documentation tasks.
We prepare for you, among other things:
- Risk assessments
- Operating and user manuals
- CE documentation
- Conformity Declarations based on the current Machinery Directive
Design service
You receive design and planning work in all phases of development, layouts, SD models and manufacturing drawings from us. All design documentation such as audited calculations and risk analyses are also part of our wide range. On the customer’s order, we also create customised design guidelines.
KTW works for you using the following CAD systems:
- PRO-E Creo 2.0
- SolidWorks
- Inventor
- UniGraphics (Siemens NX)
Maintenance and repair
Through a well-structured manufacturing network, we realise practically all components according to customer drawings.
KTW exclusively manufactures from certified companies with the appropriate approvals.
The finished products are functionally assembled at KTW and automatically tested with 3D measuring machines. We log all results, create the required certificates and provide the products for initial acceptance.
Additional services:
- Worldwide commissioning
- Sale of spare parts for KTW manufacturing parts and assemblies
- Support in conversions for type changes
Control technology
In the field of control technology, our expertise extends from the e-planning, to the e-design to PLC and robot programming.
Through our diverse customer base, we control the programming of all major PLCs and robots of the MOTOMAN, EPSON, Stäubli and KUKA brands.
If required, we offer:
- Remote fault analysis
- Service and maintenance contracts
